Owning a Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement means you are our most important customer. When you call for service, you are automatically placed at the front of the line. You will receive service within 24 hours!

  

   Not only does your heating and air conditioning problem get fixed first, you get a better deal too! Your agreement entitles you to a special discount on repairs, 15% lower than anyone else gets off of our already competitive prices.  You also get $100 OFF of a new system for each continual year you have the contract. For example, if you had the contract for 5 years you will pay $500 less for that system*.

  

   Included in your agreement are seasonal precision tune-ups. Each air conditioning and heating season we'll come out and thoroughly inspect, clean and refresh your equipment. These tune-ups mean fewer breakdowns, lower utility bills, longer equipment life, and the peace of mind knowing your system is operating at peak efficiency and saving you on your utility costs.  We also have a system in place that will call and e-mail you 3 weeks before it is time to schedule your appointment so that you can call and schedule a time that works with your schedule.  Here is our straightforward pricing:

A Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement provides you with two yearly maintenance inspections / Tune-up that allow us to check your entire system at the start of each season. In other words, you’ll feel assured your cooling unit will work properly and efficiently during the hottest months of the summer just as you’ll feel confident that your home will stay warm during the winter.

Through this agreement, our customers receive many other conveniences and services, but the overall point is that these agreements help to extend the life of your HVAC system and ensure that things are running as smoothly, safely and efficiently as they can.

What does an HVAC Maintenance Agreement Include?

Your maintenance agreement starts with two yearly HVAC inspections. Our team of certified HVAC technicians will check your entire system for you. With routine maintenance, you are complying with your manufacturer’s warranty, and you protect yourself from potentially expensive and easily avoidable repairs.
